How to hide Landscape Seams?

Hi everyone, just wondering if i had to blend the materials upon this landscape seams to cover it up? if so how exactly?

Hi Twibbz,

From your image I can see your shaders are still compiling and you need to rebuild lighting. Have you done that, and if so, did that resolve the issue?
