How to get the full version of Manny/Quinn 's Skeleton in 5.6, instead of SKM_Manny_Simple

I just got 5.6.0 and wanted to use the SKM_Manny (Not SKM_Manny_Simple). However, it seems that only the simple version is available with the game templates.

How can I get the complete version of the skeleton? The main reason I need it, is so the weapon_r and weapon_l bones are available and properly placed in the hierarchy.

You should be able to migrate them from an existing template project of yours.

To migrate, you can right click on an asset, then hover over the Asset Actions section on the menu that pops up, and select the Migrate option on the sub-menu. It’ll automatically include all the dependencies but you can also adjust the selections if you don’t want the textures for example, then hit OK while making sure to keep all the necessities, and finally select the Content folder of the project you wanna migrate them to.

You can also right click on a folder as a whole in which case the migrate option won’t be hidden under any additional menus when you right click.

This requires me to create a project in an older version of the engine, though. Is there no way to get them in 5.6 directly, without having to install 5.5 or older?

I don’t have 5.6 installed currently so can’t check it for myself unfortunately. But assuming what you explained is the case, you’ll need to obtain the SKM’s you’re looking for one way or another.

Maybe try including starter content :man_shrugging: Normally that’s not it but there were many changes in 5.6, maybe this is one of them.

If someone knows how to get the 5.6 version, I’d still like to find out. The 5.6 mannequins are also visually different and I’d like to not be stuck with the older versions :slight_smile:
