How to get/expose the blendshapes values from the iPhone Face App in UE5?

Hi Hivemind!

Im trying a concept where i want to get the values of the iPhone Face capture App and drive a texture swap (2d face shapes) instead of the normal 3D blendshapes.

How would I expose/capture/use the IPhone face App values inside Unreal?

The concept is to have a lego style character with 2D shapes for eyes, mouth and so on, but im not a super blueprinter so I would love some guidance.
