how to get an objects rotation on"emitter spawn at location"

Hi, I use a mesh particle when my projectile hits an object and I want it to get the objects rotation when ever the bullet hits because the emitter effect never has the right rotation and it looks awful

is there a way to reference a blueprint of a certain object and somehow connect it to a relative rotation node or just to get the general rotation of any item it hits?

try to break the sweep result. take the normal and make a vector to rotation. hope this answers your question

found another way to achieve what i want but what you have suggested doesn’t work, i would still love to know how to make a particle emitter change rotation in comparison to the actor it hits
