How to force skeleton socket renaming in animations too?

In 4.27, I am re-targeting anim-packs to my skeleton. One pack wanted a “WeaponSocket” on the left hand, so I added it to my skeleton. Now another pack wants a “WeaponSocket” on the right hand. I can’t have two sockets called the same on the same skeleton. But if I rename the first “WeaponSocket” to “WeaponSocketL0” in the skeleton, it doesn’t update the animations, and they can’t find the socket under the old name anymore. NB: I’m not an artist or animator; that’s why I use pre-made packs, so idk how to use tools to edit the “source” files either.

EDIT: It seems to be a problem with one specific asset pack, with a huge number of animations. The seller seems to have left the marketplace, so I guess I’m out of luck. :frowning:
