How to fix Unreal 5 Boot issue?

Managed to run unreal correctly.
Win 11

  1. I ran dxwebsetup.exe (from microsoft site)
  2. used command sfc /scannow (on terminal, admin) it found some corrupted windows files
  3. Reinstalled unreal
