I downloaded Shinbi (Paragon character) to see how her cloth simulation is made, but it works only in the mesh preview and animations preview, when I place her in the world and play any animation the cloth is static. How to enable it in game?
If you are using .26 preview that could be why. Use a .25 engine and it should just work out of the box.

The problem was my View distance was set to near while all my settings was to epic. Problem fixed with view distance set at least to medium.
