How to change player sprite according to health

I was hoping to change the sprite of the player character according to how much health they have. For example with mario, when he is in his normal size he can be hit twice before game over, whereas small mario with one hit game over and done.
I have 5 different sprites prepared so I was hoping every time the player gets hit that the sprite will change to the next one.

How may I go about implementing this? I’m assuming it can be done through blueprints. So if anyone can help I will be very grateful, thank you!
