How to add plugins to my project?

Hello!
I’m trying for some time to add the Niagara plugin to my C++ project and I seem to be unable to do it.
How can I add plugins to my C++ classes and use them(for example to spawn the particles from inside the .cpp).

you need to add its name in your ProjectName.Build.cs file like this:
PublicDependencyModuleNames.AddRange(new string] { “Core”, “CoreUObject”, “Engine”, “InputCore”, “GameplayTags”, “AdvancedSessions”, “AIModule”, “OnlineSubsystem”, “VictoryBPLibrary”});

I tried it already.
PublicDependencyModuleNames.AddRange(new string] { “Core”, “CoreUObject”, “Engine”, “InputCore”, “HeadMountedDisplay”,“Niagara” });
I am trying to access Niagara.
