How play custom animation AI character with using Behavior Tree?

1: I have a AI character and UMG interface with button. AI character controlling by Behavior Tree. When i push the button my AI character walk to Waypoint. After walking AI needs open a window. I have fbx animation where character open window. How to play this custom fbx animation when AI is located in Waypoint: montaze, matinee?

2: As i understand Character Animation States using only for dynamic motions, but matinee and montaze for some custom scenes. I’m right?

3: how can i put my AI character in the exact place where I will play the animation because MoveTo Waypoint not always perfect?

When the character reaches the waypoint you can trigger a specific task in the behavior tree that is a wrapper for playing a press button montage.
