how moving a sequencer/cinemtaic scene aroud?


i was wondering if there is a way to setup a type of hierarchy for a cinematic in unreal?
f.ex if i were to have a “root” point for everything i spawn in a cinematic(cams, skeleton meshes, static meshes etc…), so i can reposition or rotat the scene iv setup?

another question:

is it possible to export the cameras/or master camera into maya or max etc for motion editing of characters?
i also seem to recall i once saw a way to animate in maya and see the live update in unreal?
