How does one download Unreal Engine 4? Help Please!

Ok, so our newly formed studio [not really a studio, just a group of friends, but studio sounds better :)], Etli Arts, decided to use Unreal Engine 4 to create a fantasy-themed MMORPG. So we went to the Unreal Engine website and clicked on the blue “Get Unreal Engine” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then started the launcher download. However, when we tried to load the software, we only got a “Please Wait” screen (link to deviantart below). So we did a little research online and tried out various methods, such as adding on “OpenGL” and following the troubleshooting steps, to no avail. Does anyone know of any other options we could pursue? Thanks in advance.

Once the launcher is downloaded, you log in with your Epic account and then there’s a tab in the launcher for Unreal Engine where you can choose which version to download and install. The engine is downloaded through the launcher.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
