In Unreal Engine 4.14, the tutorial windows cover the important parts of the program, but they don’t move when you click+drag them. So how are you supposed to move them?
I’d like to know that too 
Having tutorials specific to projects is nice, having them blocking the thing it’s trying to show, not so much ^^’
