You could probably do a ray trace that hits the ground in front of your player. When there is a height change greater than some distance the jump animation starts.
another way you could do it if you wanted to be able to jump off of only specific edges would be to put a boundary along the edge you’d like to be able to jump, and have it initiate a jump once you pass through that
There’s a walking off ledge event, search ledge in context menu.
You can wire a Launch character node off that, to fire off a jump…
