How do I make a combat system like in Fairy Fencer F?

I’m pretty new to Unreal Engine but I am working to learn the basics of the program, however I am hoping to create a game some day and I want the combat system to be Movement turn based like in Fairy Fencer F or like Grandia 2 (they are a little different since characters move automatically in Grandia 2 while you choose where to move them in Fairy Fencer F iirc). I tried searching up ways to make this possible but I can’t seem to find any so I’m hoping I’ll get some help here, any amount is appreciated!
