Hey Guys,
I am fairly new to unreal engine and created my first environment with a lot of megascan assets. I’ve now run into some problems rendering my scene. If i start the render queue the window stays blank and after a few minutes i get an error, that graphic drivers ran out of memory.
I already tried decreasing samples and resolution of the rendering, which had no effect.
Since i don’t know what else to do i’ve decided that i want to decrease the quality of my downloaded assets, i’ve picked high quality for most of them. I think that would solve the issue since my graphics card is outdated (NVIDIA GTX 1070).
Now i am wondering if there’s a smart way to go about it, or do i have to delete all dowloaded assets first, then download them again in lower quality and place them in my scene?
Below is a high resolution screenshot of my scene. I only need to render one frame for a still, and the high resolution screenshot doesn’t seem to be high quality enough for me, even with a higher multiplier.
Hardware:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Intel Core i7-6700 3.40GHz
16GB RAM
Running on Unreal Engine 5.3.2
Any help would be highly appreciated, thanks in advance!
