You must have accidentally closed the details window. If you want to open that window again, you can simply go to the top bar: Window > Details > Details 1. The reason for multiple detail panels is because you can lock them to certain assets.
If you wish to reset the Unreal Engine UI to the default settings, simply go a bit further down and select the preset that fits your workflow:
