How can i rotate my game world by draging my mouse to sides?

Hello,

I want to rotate the world of my game in two ways but i don’t really know how to do it.

  1. While the cursor is moving character will not follow the cursor.
  2. When the cursor is on the left hand side of the screen, world will start to rotate to the left, the same for the right.
  3. While the mouse is right clicked, draging will move the world too.

Could you please help me?
