How can I make the changes made by GameSave ( .sav ) files to affect new players?

I’m using the SaveGame system to make a level builder for my game.
When all the players are in the game before the map is loaded, it is all good, but when a new player joins, all the actors are there, but without their modified properties ( like size, color, texture etc… ).
Is there a way to re-replicate them all when a player is joining the game?
