Hit Reaction Using Vector Dot Product and Cross Product Operators

Hey guys,

I just thought to share something with you.
I’m currently building a combat system and I wanted to have my character to react with different animations depending on which direction I was hit from and what direction facing…I researched over the internet for a while and I could not find a tutorial or forum answer explaining how to do this simply and straight forward from start to end…so I thought to make my own tutorial on it in which I explain in details how to achieve this using vector maths (dot product and cross product)
