Hidden geometry and tiling textures

Hi. I’m using tiling textures for a specific building. 90% of the left side face of object 1 is hidden because of the object 2. Should I cut off the geometry (marked in the blue line which cannot see by the player) of object 1 or leave it as it is? Please note that I’m not using the non-overlapping uv approach. I’m using tiling textures. Thank you.
