Help with menus widget and widget switcher? Task menu, pause menu

In my game I have a task menu and pause menu. I have it set up on the game level blueprint. And I have a mouse click on the widget blueprint with a resume button and key press input.

  1. How to I make it so that only one menu can be on the screen at a time?

  2. when I press the key to open the menu, but I use the mouse resume button. I have to click the key twice to open the menu to get through the flip flop. How to I set the resume button to cycle the flip flop?
