help with fps blueprint!

i need to know how to use my gun models from maya in unreal engine 4,i imported them to unreal,need instructions with using blue print to add my gun and recoil effects…need help.i dont need full instructions,i just need to know where to start after i imported a mesh gun from maya into unreal,someone please tell me.

I would suggest you look at how to do the animations within maya and importing them into UE4. After that you may want to add a socket to your hand bones in the animations graph so that the model of the gun can be easily connected/disconnected from your hands the socket when necessary. But the recoil effects animation will need to be coded within maya first and then imported into UE4.
