Help With Default Shaders To Get Cel Shade Look

Saw this in the “trying to make Toon Shader Material on UE4” thread

Was hoping somebody can point me in the right direction on how to implement that look in the default shader as mAlkAv!An suggest that you could do… instead of using post processing effects.
