Help updating BeamSource and BeamTarget in Blueprint via a vector parameter in the Particle System

I’ve been trying to use the user set beam source and target parameters in cascade for a beam particle to go between two bones on an animated mesh, I’ve looked at a few tutorials but nothing seems to be working, I’m not really too experienced in blueprints so I may be doing something entirely wrong, the image is set up in the level blueprint but I’ve also tried it in class and still didn’t seem to work. My thought process was I attach the beam source and target to the socket of each bone on the head and tail of the mesh, updating it’s world position as the animation plays. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
