Help, The VR ooculus Rift nav mesh and the guardian floor do not match in UE4.27

Hello,
So I have a nav mesh but for some reason the gaurdian of the occulus rift does not match the floor height. The teleporter is lower than the gaurdian and you teleport above the floor.

I have reset the floor height, and have used the navigation settings in the project settings to move the height of the nav mesh down , but that still doesn’t work
