I cant fix the bug like for 3 days, maybe someone can suggest how to fix it - When the character moves there is a lag in random time as a little trembling (braking? Freeze? not sure how call it), but it is strongly evident. I use the standard paper 2d character movement BP, FPS 120 and dont drop.
Desktop 2019.12.04 - 20.56.14.04.mp4.zip - Google Drive on 6-8 second and 17-19 sec you can see lag very good (use google file becuse of supresion lags dont visible)
Lock in 60 FPS dont help
