Help on AI Perception

I’m trying to make it so when i look at a door it closes.
Not sure if the AI perception is the tool for the job, but i still gave it a go, watched tutorials, etc. Probably me not enabling a setting.

1. The AI Perception settings ( AI hearing,sight, etc.) are grayed out. Why?

3. I added a sense config for sight and an Stimuli Source and the string does not print when i look at the door.

I made it working by adding AI perception on the door.
