I downloaded unreal engine recently,
and also worked with it for a while,
but now i can’t seem to connect,

What exactly do you mean? (what kind of error message do you get). Normally, after you have downloaded the engine, you should be abel to run it without an internet connection.

You should be able to run the launcher in Offline mode or load your project directly by going to the folder path \Unreal Projects\PROJECTNAME\ and double clicking the .uproject file.
