help light reflections issue

(see picture) Hi, my problem is I added a simple light to my character blueprint to use as flashlight and i have this issue where shiny materials dont shine at all when flashlight is pointing at them only when they are barely inside the field of view (see picture) besides i noticed that when i place a fixed light source into a room (just pressing L+lerft click) all the
reflections work well and look amazing and i want my flashlight to make reflections just like fixed lights do because im making a horror game and it really bugs me that materials dont shine at all making it look like a game from 2005
