Health bar behaviour like DOTA2/LOL

I am currently creating a dota2/lol style of game just for a project . Any idea how can I have a healthbar for my creeps that doesn’t move when my mesh moves? A small idea is very helpful. On my character I successfully did that by just making the camera the parent of the widget. Thank you
