It’s just a combination of open-source conversions of x,y,z co-ordinates to define a file structure, based on mathematical constants. That isn’t the problem. The problem is down to not having a standard for those constants.
If a tool is created that defines those constants, game engines would simply do the alterations on player size, movement speed, jump height etc when they code the game, so…dev studios wouldn’t have a problem with using a standard - they would probably fully endorse it.
There is more than a good business case to get such a tool developed.
