HairStrandsVoxelization takes 6 ms - any tips on how to optimize it?

Unreal Engine 5.0.3 groom assets are quite heavy. Looking at the profiler HairStrandsVoxelization seems to be the biggest offender and takes up to 6 ms on RTX 3090. Does anyone have any tips or information on what is causing it and how to optimize it (console vars, general groom asset settings)?
