Hey @BatMechSuit02!
Even though 12GB of VRAM is good, I wouldn’t even recommend getting a new 3060 for gaming as of today, let alone game developing with UE 5!
Intel GPUs launched with a lot of hype, but they just keep discovering new issues with them! Who knows how will it perform with your specific CPU and while also running UE 5, there are so many unknowns.
For UE 5, I’d recommend considering more mid tier or even high end GPU’s, I’d say get at least a 4070 level card. But of course, it depends on your project’s needs. So out of these options, 7600 XT is clearly the best choice.
Note that you can also use UE 5 fine with the other cards we went over (probably, dunno about Intel), if you go with those, you don’t need to switch to UE 4 solely for the reason of using lower tier cards. You can of course, if your project won’t utilize UE 5’s featues, just wanned to say you won’t need to.
Hope this helps
