Grass spawning - very obvious tiles


I’m using the Landscape Grass Output to spawn grass on a landscape layer. It’s working fine, except the transition between tiles, which is very noticeable. Is there a way to change this?

The image explains the problem. The tile on the left has no grass, yet. But if the player approaches the tile, the grass will spawn. The problem is that this makes for a hard and ugly transition.
Is there a way to smooth things out?
