Giving players the ability to change key bindings?

Does anyone know of a tutorial that covers something like this? Using blueprints to modify key bindings?

Currently I believe the only way to accomplish this is through one of Rama’s plugins. Kind of seems like a massive oversight to me to be frank. If anyone can prove me wrong though that would be great.
