Give tips on starting to learn audio implementation

Hello guys, really happy to be here. I’m a sound designer and music producer, also working on films. I really want to work on games and my goal is to record, edit and implement sound and music. Actually I have some experience in the field. I have done the sound fx and music for a really small mobile game without implementing it. So now I’m learning about audio implementation and started to read articles and watch tutorials on this topic. I doing some very basic BPs and can navigate freely in the UE4 interface, playing around with fmod, but because implementation is a huge field I feel a little lost as to what to learn and what to ignore. Besides the sound could you recommend me what are the essential tools and skills I need to learn in order to work efficiently on sound. Any advices are welcome.
