i’m working with unreal 4 with a 2y old laptop. it’s a consumer hp notebook with an i processor and a dedicated radeon graphics card.
as long as it’s dedicated DX11 graphics and not shared memory, and reasonable RAM (8GB is good) with an up to date processor, you will not run into any problems.
so your above choice will run smoothly i believe.
