I have a Mac and whenever I launch game it tells me I need Metal graphics card or newer version of Mac??? This makes no sense and is there anyway to fix it.
Hi! I had the same problem over here yesterday and I figured out that from UE 4.15 you actually need a Metal graphics, but pre-2012 (more or less) macs don’t support it. So the thing is: new Mac or an older version of UE.
I hope I got it right, ‘cause I was just freakin’ out yesterday. I’m trying with the 4.14 version now and it seems to be ok under that point of view, but if I have to be sincere it’s keeping on crashing as soon as I open it, so…
