Very well put together post! Those are my biggest issues with all this and why I mostly dont bother with reporting anything. From the Community Team it seems like they do really care about the forums being good and bugs being reported here so hopefully they see and use your feedback 
One more thing that annoys me is having a max amount of votes you can give out. I keep having to go and remove votes from old posts just so I can upvote new ones… That’s just a dumb system.
