Because that type of thing is something that Epic would normally control (like the Game Jams) but you don’t represent them and they may have some input on how they would want to allow you to do something like this, plus you’ve made some suggestions about their involvement but haven’t asked them if they want to be involved. Plus it could potentially cause some forum spam.
