I need to play a sequence of images/textures, similar to the flipbook node in UE4. I want to get a 2d animation on a plane (mesh).
For some reason sprites are not working properly for VR. Especially when you are turning on “Instanced Stereo” in “Project Settings”. Turning off this setting causes performance issues and huge lags.
Anyway, flipbook is only working with sprites and therefore i need to use textures.
Any ideas or solutions?
