DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.6.2=3

then reboot into safe mode by holding SHIFT and left clicking on RESTART.
Load DDU – Uninstall/clean and restart pc (the recommended one)

After restarts install that old amd driver, restart pc (un-tick keep system up-to-date)
