Just started happening today, on two separate projects. No idea why.

Windows 10 x64 - UE4 Preview 4.9
Version: 4.9.0-2647674+++depot+UE4-Releases+4.9

Thanks for report, but this is a known issue with 4.9 Preview 3: Unreal Engine 4.9 Preview - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums

We’re expecting this to be fixed in next Launcher update.
