[FEATURE REQUEST] Reflection Captures on non static scenes

Hello there,
as Reflection Captures are essential for glossy reflections but only usable for static meshes with prebuild lighting, that is a major drawback for our workflow, witch requires dynamic meshes.
So we would like to have the possibility to capture at any time including dynamic meshes either in editor or ingame. So when we change the material of a mesh, we would like to be able to update the captures.
somehow like the Scene Capture Actors.
