I am trying to import FBX files into UE 4.18
But I am receiving an error saying:
“Can’t detect import type. No mesh is found or animation track”
FBX files come from Maya2017
I import into Maya IGES files.
And export to FBX.
Instead of IGES files i tried importing STL files and then exporting to FBX and that works fine.
But the origin is moved during the export.
So i am stuck, and i am not sure to understand the message as the FBX opened with Maya display the mesh correctly.
These are the files i tried to export and a screenshot of the parameters used for the FBX export.
If anyone see a solution, help would be welcomed…
