Fail to import Laserscan: "point cloud with width or height below 32 ignored"

Hi, 

I am trying  to import a laser scan from a deviced called NavVis. They delivered me an .e57 which doesn’t load anything when I import. Also doesn’t say any error. If I try the delivered .ptx I get a message in CON saying: point cloud with width or height below 32 ignored. Also there no other notification and also not the ability to align. 

Somone any experience or something I could try?

Reality capture only supports the import of ordered point clouds.
