Not trying to hijack the thread, but I have the exact same problem. All versions of UE (I have 4.8.2, 4.9.3 and 4.10.2) run at 100 FPS on average. 4.11.1 runs at 6.9 -7.1 FPS! I’ll post my dxdiag here.link text
