exporting to targa after DetailTexturing process on 1 diffuse

so my level is complete newbie, I just starte UE4 today

so I have followed this guide to enhance detail on a texture I need:

I have done all the process described, now I want to recover the processed texture outside of it, and actuall process it, all I can see are nodes and the effects on the mesh object

I want to recover the processed diffuse in a ‘Christian’ format (not uasset, more like targa or max quality jpg)

btw. I am still wondering what is a detail diffuse and how to make one, is that a high-passed diffuse in photoshop? detail normal I am able to generate too, though I am not sure the difference from normal map
