Export skeletal mesh from runtime with morph target applied (C++ or Blueprint)

I’m rendering a sequence of images of a character (skeletal mesh) with different face expressions (using morph targets) and i need to export skeletal mesh with morph targets for each frame. So i can’t just make a static mesh of it and then export it manually, it should be automated.
Any clues how it ca be achieved ? Are there any special exporters for such things?
Does ProceduralMesh can help in this case?
